Using Metric Digital
Metric Digital lets you upload a document, pay a one-time fee of KSh 17.00 via M-Pesa, and retrieve that document later using a unique code. No account registration is required.
Accepted content
Supported file types are PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, PNG, JPG, JPEG, and ZIP, up to 25 MB. You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or that you do not have permission to store and share.
Payments
Documents are only stored after a successful M-Pesa STK Push payment. Failed or cancelled payments will not result in a stored document. Fees are non-refundable once a document has been successfully stored.
Retrieval codes
Your retrieval code and QR image act as the key to your document. You are responsible for keeping them safe — anyone with the code can view, download, print, or delete the associated file.
Deletion
Deleting a document is permanent. Once removed, neither the file nor the retrieval code can be restored.
Limitation of liability
Metric Digital is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Metric Digital after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
